These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pgd33 ("pgd33", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pgd33 website located at pgd33.io and all associated services, products, tools, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the pgd33 platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the pgd33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the pgd33 platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the pgd33 platform, including registered account holders and unregistered visitors browsing the site. pgd33 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use the pgd33 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pgd33 enforces a strict 21+ age policy without exception. Use of the platform by persons under 21 is prohibited.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

pgd33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification such as a National ID Card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within 72 hours of a request may result in account suspension.

Each individual player may hold only one registered account on pgd33. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• A valid, active mobile number registered in Bangladesh
• A valid email address to which you have sole access
• Your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account number)

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. KYC requires submission of a clear photograph or scan of a valid National ID Card or passport. pgd33 may also request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account). KYC review is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. pgd33 is not liable for any withdrawal delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate KYC documentation.

All financial transactions on pgd33 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳BDT). pgd33 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial services provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside pgd33's control.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction
• Maximum single deposit: ৳100,000 (subject to account verification status)

• Deposit processing time: typically within 60 seconds of confirmed payment
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳200,000 (subject to account tier and verification status)
• Withdrawals are processed only to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account in the player's name
• Withdrawal processing time: typically within 15 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts during business hours (BST, UTC+6)
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours may take up to 4 hours to process
• pgd33 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification checks to withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000

pgd33 does not accept cryptocurrency payments. All balances on the platform are in ৳BDT only. pgd33 is not a bank or financial institution; player balances held on the platform do not earn interest.

pgd33 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL, BPL, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement and, where in conflict, supersede these general Terms.

The following general bonus rules apply to all pgd33 promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in all wagering activity.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount, unless a different wagering requirement is specified in the promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and sports betting 50–100% depending on odds, as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All bets and wagers placed on pgd33 — whether on sports markets, live casino tables, or RNG slot games — are final once confirmed by the platform. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any bet before confirmation. pgd33 is not liable for bets placed in error by the player.

• Minimum bet on sports markets: ৳50 per selection
• Minimum bet on slot games: ৳10 per spin
• Minimum bet on live casino tables: ৳100 per hand or round (table minimums may vary)
• Maximum win limits apply per game and per session as stated in the individual game rules. Wins exceeding stated maximum win caps will be capped at the maximum win limit.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game session, pgd33 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's balance. Winnings generated during a demonstrably faulty game session may be voided.
• Sports betting markets settled in error will be re-settled at the correct result. Any winnings paid in error are recoverable by pgd33 and will be deducted from the player's balance.
• pgd33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on events where the outcome was known at the time the bet was accepted.
• All casino games offered by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe) are governed by each provider's own game rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of conflict, the game provider's rules take precedence for game-level disputes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pgd33 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one pgd33 account (multi-accounting)
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal activity (money laundering)
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to fix or manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in match-fixing or any conduct designed to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event offered on pgd33
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the pgd33 platform
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gambling
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pgd33 staff or other players via any communication channel

All content on the pgd33 platform — including but not limited to the pgd33 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pgd33 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pgd33 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the pgd33 platform or its content without the express prior written consent of pgd33.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, pgd33 is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond pgd33's control
• Any betting or gaming losses suffered by the player, whether resulting from game outcomes, odds movements, or any other factor
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay)
• Any loss or corruption of data resulting from events outside pgd33's reasonable control

pgd33's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pgd33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Multi-accounting or other prohibited conduct
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months
• Request by the player (voluntary account closure or self-exclusion)

Upon termination for cause, pgd33 reserves the right to withhold the balance in the terminated account pending investigation. If investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. If investigation clears the player of wrongdoing, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

Upon voluntary account closure by the player, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements are satisfied. Unused bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

pgd33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pgd33 will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the pgd33 platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the pgd33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pgd33 operates as an online entertainment platform serving the Bangladesh market. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, transaction, or account matter, players should first contact the pgd33 support team at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. pgd33 commits to acknowledging all dispute submissions within 24 hours and providing a full written response within 5 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, pgd33 will engage in good-faith mediation with the player.
